Our pricing is based on a "Shipping Fee Included" condition, meaning the actual international shipping cost to deliver the product to you is initially covered by the seller. Due to the high costs associated with international freight, our return policy is as follows:

Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. All returns must be sent prepaid.

Refund Deduction Warning: Your final refund will be the original purchase price minus the actual international shipping cost that the seller initially incurred to send the item to you.

1. Shipping Fee Policy

All product prices displayed on our website include the standard international shipping fee. You will not be charged extra for shipping at checkout.

2. Shipping Carrier & Time

  • Carrier: All orders are shipped from South Korea using reliable express carriers, UPS or DHL.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within two (2) business days following order confirmation.

  • Delivery Time: Delivery times vary based on the destination country, but generally take 5 to 7 business days after dispatch. Please note that these are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3. Tracking and Notification

  • Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent to your registered email address once your order has been dispatched from our facility.

4. Customs and Duties (Customs Clearance)

  • Customer Cooperation Required: The customer is responsible for cooperating with local authorities and the carrier by submitting any necessary information or documents required for customs clearance in the destination country.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Any duties, taxes, or import charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping: Should you wish to return or exchange your product, the item must be shipped back to LightSKIN prepaid (at your own expense).

Refund Calculation: Your refund amount will be the original product price minus the actual international shipping cost that was incurred when the order was first dispatched to you. The minimal shipping fee you paid at checkout does not cover the true cost.

In the U2E version, the light is powered via a cable connected to an external power source (e-bike’s battery).
StVZO version available in Germany, light will be always on mode when turn on the light thru e-bike computer. Please purchase after checking the compatibility of the connector in the battery part of your electric bicycle. If you need an extension cable, please send us a message in the contact us window.

The headlight must be mounted centrally on the bike and must not, under any circumstances, be covered. The headlight must be mounted in such a way that it emits light to the front. The reference axis (see drawing) must be aligned parallel to the bicycle’s longitudinal axis. The housing is made of aluminum and has a plastic cover with a sealed cable outlet. Holders for the headlight can be attached both to the top or the bottom. The light angle is adjustable via the holder.

Connecting to the power source

The connector of Ultramini light and the connector of power source should be compatible, which must be ascertained before the purchase of the product.  The light weight 25grams is another advantage of U2. Many bicycle lights can be damaged by vibration or impact during riding, U2 weighs only 25 grams, minimizing the impact. Because of it’s light weight, we can also use very small brackets can be placed in various positions, like fender and stem.

Special front light design, U2, the ultramini

The U2 is so small that it doesn’t stand out when attached to the bicycle and makes the design of the bicycle very simple.
This is the biggest benefit of the U2 design.

Efficient cooling

The smaller the light, the smaller the volume and the lower the heat emission performance. The U2 Alloy Body reduces the distance between the LED and the bracket for efficient thermal exhaust, allowing the hot heat to pass through the bracket. This prevents LED damage and shortening of life.
