Our pricing is based on a "Shipping Fee Included" condition, meaning the actual international shipping cost to deliver the product to you is initially covered by the seller. Due to the high costs associated with international freight, our return policy is as follows:

Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. All returns must be sent prepaid.

Refund Deduction Warning: Your final refund will be the original purchase price minus the actual international shipping cost that the seller initially incurred to send the item to you.

4. Customs and Duties (Customs Clearance)

  • Customer Cooperation Required: The customer is responsible for cooperating with local authorities and the carrier by submitting any necessary information or documents required for customs clearance in the destination country.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Any duties, taxes, or import charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping: Should you wish to return or exchange your product, the item must be shipped back to LightSKIN prepaid (at your own expense).

Refund Calculation: Your refund amount will be the original product price minus the actual international shipping cost that was incurred when the order was first dispatched to you. The minimal shipping fee you paid at checkout does not cover the true cost.

Patented seatpost with an integrated seat rail clamp. The seatpost tube features 5 holes in which the LEDs are enclosed. The USB 2.0 charging port is located in the lower section of the seat rail clamp. The port is accessible from the outside and can be closed using a transparent silicone cover.

The S341 is a powered by a built in, non-removable, rechargeable battery.
This is a product that is charged with the included 2m long charging cable.
S341 is international version and provides various modes, you can select and use among various modes according to your needs. All five lenses are non-protruding, so when you want to lower the height of the saddle, you can insert the seat post all the way down and use it shorter.

  • Low battery alert : Indicated by a blue LED integrated into the micro-USB port. As soon as this LED lights up, the battery still has enough capacity to power the LEDs for 1 more hour in accordance with the regulation. The micro-USB port is covered with a transparent silicone cap so that the blue LED is visible.
  • Charging : Micro-USB 2.0 port integrated in the seat rail clamp with a transparent silicone cover for splash-water protection.

    In order to reach the full load capacity, it takes about 2.5 hours. During charging, the first led flashes in RED. The flashing stops, changes to continuous red light on when the battery is completely charged. When the battery is fully charged, remove the cable from the USB port. Should the product become excessively hot during charging, stop the charging process. Never charge the battery when the USB port is wet. Full charge and discharge cycles 500.

5 LEDs with integrated electrical light control and battery management system.

The two upper LEDs are protruding, also ensuring the lateral emission of light. The lower 3 LEDs are sunk into the seat post tube. The LEDs, circuit board and battery are enclosed in a plastic housing and are thus protected. (dust and splash proof in accordance with IPX5).

Compared to existing bike lights that are attached externally, LightSKIN has numerous advantages.

ASSEMBLY

Use the correct diameter corresponding to your bicycle frame. Use the appropriate tool to fasten the saddle support. The minimum insertion length into the frame is 100mm. The rear light must be aligned so that it shines backward. The connector of built-in light seatpost and the connector of power source should be compatible, which must be ascertained before the purchase of the product.

Safety instructions

At startup, the product must be dry. Remove any moisture before riding. After installation, test that the seatpost does not drop under load. Take care that the LEDs are not covered by a bag or clothing when riding. Do not make any independent changes to the product. Do not try to open the product.
