Shipping policy

1. Shipping Fee Policy

All product prices displayed on our website include the standard international shipping fee. You will not be charged extra for shipping at checkout.

2. Shipping Carrier & Time

• Carrier: All orders are shipped from South Korea using reliable express carriers, UPS or DHL.

• Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within two (2) business days following order confirmation.

• Delivery Time: Delivery times vary based on the destination country, but generally take 5 to 7 business days after dispatch. Please note that these are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3. Tracking and Notification

• Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent to your registered email address once your order has been dispatched from our facility.

4. Customs and Duties (Customs Clearance)

• Customer Cooperation Required: The customer is responsible for cooperating with local authorities and the carrier by submitting any necessary information or documents required for customs clearance in the destination country.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Any duties, taxes, or import charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
