Our pricing is based on a "Shipping Fee Included" condition, meaning the actual international shipping cost to deliver the product to you is initially covered by the seller. Due to the high costs associated with international freight, our return policy is as follows:

Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. All returns must be sent prepaid.

Refund Deduction Warning: Your final refund will be the original purchase price minus the actual international shipping cost that the seller initially incurred to send the item to you.

Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping: Should you wish to return or exchange your product, the item must be shipped back to LightSKIN prepaid (at your own expense).

The rear light is not equipped with a switch and is therefore on, as long as the dynamo is connected. If the rear light is connected to the rear light output of a headlight, it is switched on and off via the headlight switch. If the rear light is operated independently of a headlight via the dynamo, the headlight must be switched on separately.

In the S311D version, the light is powered by a hub dynamo.
Simply connect the enclosed extension cable to the seatpost and hub dynamo.
StVZO version available in Germany, and has the top two lenses protrude, a side view is always provided for safety. The StVZO version restricts the minimum insertion position so that the mechanical stopper does not go down any further as the top three lenses must always be exposed.

The seatpost tube features 5 holes in which the LEDs are enclosed. A cable with two open ends extends out of the lower end of the seatpost tube for connection to the bicycle dynamo.

The seatpost tube features 5 holes in which the LEDs are enclosed.    

S311’s USB 2.0 charging port is in the lower section of the seat rail clamp.

The port is accessible from the outside and can be closed using a transparent silicone cover.

Cable

S311E or S311D’s cable with a connector extends out of the lower end of the seatpost tube for connection to the electrical system of the e-bike or the bicycle dynamo.

ASSEMBLY

Use the correct diameter corresponding to your bicycle frame. Use the appropriate tool to fasten the saddle support. The minimum insertion length into the frame is 100mm. The rear light must be aligned so that it shines backward. The connector of built-in light seatpost and the connector of power source should be compatible, which must be ascertained before the purchase of the product.

Safety instructions

At startup, the product must be dry. Remove any moisture before riding. After installation, test that the seatpost does not drop under load. Take care that the LEDs are not covered by a bag or clothing when riding. Do not make any independent changes to the product. Do not try to open the product.
