Our pricing is based on a "Shipping Fee Included" condition, meaning the actual international shipping cost to deliver the product to you is initially covered by the seller. Due to the high costs associated with international freight, our return policy is as follows:

Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. All returns must be sent prepaid.

Refund Deduction Warning: Your final refund will be the original purchase price minus the actual international shipping cost that the seller initially incurred to send the item to you.

All product prices displayed on our website include the standard international shipping fee. You will not be charged extra for shipping at checkout.

  • Carrier: All orders are shipped from South Korea using reliable express carriers, UPS or DHL.

3. Tracking and Notification

4. Customs and Duties (Customs Clearance)

  • Customer Cooperation Required: The customer is responsible for cooperating with local authorities and the carrier by submitting any necessary information or documents required for customs clearance in the destination country.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Any duties, taxes, or import charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping: Should you wish to return or exchange your product, the item must be shipped back to LightSKIN prepaid (at your own expense).

Refund Calculation: Your refund amount will be the original product price minus the actual international shipping cost that was incurred when the order was first dispatched to you. The minimal shipping fee you paid at checkout does not cover the true cost.

In the H2E version, the light is powered via a cable connected to an external power source (e-bike’s battery).
StVZO version available in Germany, light will be always on mode when turn on the light thru e-bike computer. Light Module : LightSKIN V2 Lens

An LED with integrated electronic light control. The lens itself does not have a reflector and is protected by an additional protective screen. The LED, circuit board and battery are fully integrated in the handlebar tube and are thus protected (dust and splash proof in accordance with IPX5).

How Was Built-in Light Handlebar Created?

Unique LED Hole Shape In Can Opener (Can Tab) Shape

In order to build the head light at the handle bar, more than 12mm hole shall be necessary, and if the hole of these sizes is carved into the handle bar, the strength or durability of handle bar can be deteriorated. To solve such problems, we have made unique LED Hole shape in Can opener (Can tab) shape. This hole prevents the stress applied surroundings of hole to be concentrated on a certain point, so that it eventually prevents the damages on handle bar upon the process of hole.

With this technology, we could make 25.4mm handle bar in diameter with possible ISO-City to be passed up to 560mm and 31.8mm handle bar in diameter with possible ISO-Mountain to be passed up to 700mm.

Assembly

The handlebars must be mounted centrally in the stem and the headlight must not, under any circumstances, be covered. The headlight must be mounted so that it emits light from the front. The reference axis (see drawing) must be aligned parallel to the bicycle’s longitudinal axis.
