Delivery and Returns

1. Delivery Information (International Shipping)
Processing Time: Your order will begin processing and dispatch starting on the 3rd business day following order confirmation.
Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination address.

2. Returns and Refunds (Important Notice)
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING

Our pricing is based on a "Shipping Fee Included" condition, meaning the actual international shipping cost to deliver the product to you is initially covered by the seller. Due to the high costs associated with international freight, our return policy is as follows:

Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. All returns must be sent prepaid.

Refund Deduction Warning: Your final refund will be the original purchase price minus the actual international shipping cost that the seller initially incurred to send the item to you.

1. Shipping Fee Policy

All product prices displayed on our website include the standard international shipping fee. You will not be charged extra for shipping at checkout.

2. Shipping Carrier & Time

• Carrier: All orders are shipped from South Korea using reliable express carriers, UPS or DHL.
  
• Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within two (2) business days following order confirmation.

  Delivery Time: Delivery times vary based on the destination country, but generally take 5 to 7 business days after dispatch. Please note that these are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  

3. Tracking and Notification

• Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent to your registered email address once your order has been dispatched from our facility.
  

4. Customs and Duties (Customs Clearance)

• Customer Cooperation Required: The customer is responsible for cooperating with local authorities and the carrier by submitting any necessary information or documents required for customs clearance in the destination country.
  
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Any duties, taxes, or import charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping: Should you wish to return or exchange your product, the item must be shipped back to LightSKIN prepaid (at your own expense).

Refund Calculation: Your refund amount will be the original product price minus the actual international shipping cost that was incurred when the order was first dispatched to you. The minimal shipping fee you paid at checkout does not cover the true cost.

Prior to Purchase: Due to the high logistics costs associated with international returns, we strongly advise you to review your order carefully and consider this policy before making your purchase.
